	Welcome to GCPN’s Web Based Learning Experience! PANORAMA is a web-based multi-media small group experience utilized by Network churches to prepare their people for cross-cultural service in the world. It covers over 40 essential areas of preparation and training as identified by missiologists and missionaries in the network. At the local Network church, a small group Learning Community of selected missionary Candidates participate in weekly sessions facilitated by a GCPN-trained Facilitator. Using session guides and multi-media resources and through authentic relationships, the Coach personally invests in the missional formation and cross-cultural preparation of each Candidate.
